Today we completed chapter 7 mini-books, it took quite a while.  I think most students should have them glued in, there were a few that did not get this far so it would be a good idea for you to check your students notebooking journal and help them to complete it if they aren't quite finished.  This will prevent the pieces from getting lost.  Homework for everyone is to have lesson 7 finished.  There were quite a few students that had blank pages!  Also read the experiment on pg 119 & 120 in the textbook and assist the students in completing the Scientific Speculation Sheet; JNJ pg 111 and NJ pg 126.  Students should only complete through hypothesis and we will do the experiment on Wednesday.  At that time we will complete the results section.  Please make every effort to get students to this point so they are not lost during class time.  Please take note that the hypothesis they form should be unique to the student.  If you are doing your homework in groups then please be sure to have each student think about this individually before writing their hypothesis.  See you all on Wednesday!
